Structures built using the RSG 3-D Panel System are stronger than any conventionally built structures. The finished building becomes a monolithic concrete element. This means that the concrete from the foundation is bonded to the concrete of the walls creating a solid & strong connection, in essence “a solid box.”

RSG 3-D Panels consist of a three dimensional welded wire frame utilizing an internal truss for stress transfer and stiffness.
Each surface of the Panel has a steel Welded Wire Fabric (mesh) grid for strength and dimensional accuracy.
Steel Galvanized Truss Wires, or diagonals, extend through the Panel insulation core and are then COMPUTER CONTROL WELDED to the mesh grids, thus forming a PATENTED triangulated truss system ( 3-D SPACEFRAME ). This greatly increases the Panel strength and load bearing capacity. The unsurpassed engineering of RSG 3-D keeps you safe from all manner of national disasters.
It has been proven that the EVG PATENTED RSG 3-D truss design provides the shear transfer between the Panel surfaces to a point where it can withstand extreme forces from wind loads, structural loads and seismic loads.
The modified expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation core is then encased in concrete of appropriate thickness, typically 1.25″ – 1.50″. The RSG 3-D Panel System is customizable for a range of uses beyond housing and building structures.
