BUILDING PROCESS
Simple + Precise
The RSG 3-D Panel System is fast, easy, uses simple tools, and requires fewer skilled trades. Delivering greater yield of your dollars and time.

CONNECT TO FOUNDATION
The 3-D construction system can be built on any foundation. “Starter rebar” are used as initial vertical guides only.

PANEL ASSEMBLY
Individual Panels are lightweight and easily manipulated by one or two workers. All are 4’ wide, by any desired length up to 40’.

CONNECTING & REINFORCING
Panels are connected and reinforced by attaching WWF at seams, corners, and around openings to create a continuous structure throughout. This is generally done with a pneumatic “hog ring” tool, but normal tie wire can also be used.

FORMING OPENINGS
Openings for doors and windows can be easily cut on site to specific sizes. There is no limit to the shape of these, this is a very important Architectural advantage.

SHORING
3-D Panel can also used for roofs and floor slabs on multistory structures . Shoring is simple and temporary using adjustable supports and beams.

UTILITIES
Once Panels are framed, utilities are placed between the EPS insulation and WWF. If extra space is needed for a large-diameter pipe or conduit, a propane torch or a heat gun may be used to melt the EPS (it will not burn)

CONCRETE APPLICATION
Concrete is applied to both sides of the panel once all utilities and window cuts have been finished. This process can be done using several methods, all approved on our Certification. The most common and recommended process is using pneumatic equipment (commonly called Plaster Pumps) however, our system will work just fine if pneumatic hopper tools are used and even hand application will provide a good result.

FINISHING
Unlimited finish options can be applied, to internal and external walls. Many buildings are finished with a true stucco exterior and a paint or plaster finish interior. Other products can be easily attached to the outer and inner skins.
